Swapnil Nikam is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in recruitment and talent management. Currently employed at Zinnia (formerly SE2) since September 2022, Swapnil has also held the same title at SE2, LLC since January 2020, where responsibilities have included onboarding and employee engagement. Previously, Swapnil worked with Kelly Services from September 2008 to January 2020, managing a team of ten and ensuring high accountability and productivity. Initial experience as an IT Recruiter at PureHRC Services Pvt Ltd involved interacting with recruitment teams and screening candidates.
