Gagan Sethi is an accomplished Senior Information Technology Executive with extensive experience in leading software engineering and operational teams globally. Currently serving as the CTO for Life & Annuity Solutions and Exchanges at Zinnia since April 2024, Gagan previously held the position of Global CTO at Ebix from September 2001 to May 2024, where significant achievements included transforming technology and business verticals into a high-value software solutions group. Earlier career roles include Corporate Vice President and Head of Global Software Development, Director/Corporate AVP, Senior Manager, and Sr. Systems Analyst at InfoPro Worldwide and as a consultant for Verizon.
