Dirk Van den Wijngaert is an accomplished sales manager with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Sales Manager for Germany and Benelux at ZimVie since March 2022. Previously, Dirk held significant leadership roles at Zimmer Biomet, overseeing the Spine division as Business Unit Manager, and at GSK, where responsibilities included directing sales teams and achieving notable market positions in various therapeutic areas such as respiratory and oncology. Dirk's career began at Schering-Plough, where a progression from sales representative to Business Unit Manager laid a strong foundation for subsequent managerial roles. Dirk holds a postgraduate degree in business administration from Vlerick Business School, along with a master’s in physical education and additional postgraduate studies in training and exercise physiology from the University of Leuven.
