Dirk Schmid currently serves as the Regional Sales Director for Zimmer Group, overseeing operations in Eastern Europe and Austria since February 2021. Prior to this role, Dirk held the position of Product Line Director and Head of Global Sales at SCHUNK from February 2019 to January 2021. Dirk's experience also includes serving as Area Sales Manager for Benelux and Northern Europe at Quadrant from March 2003 to February 2019, a company known for manufacturing high-performance thermoplastic materials. Earlier in Dirk's career, from October 2000 to February 2003, Dirk was the Sales and Plant Manager and a member of the Board at Kloz Kunststofftechnik GmbH, specializing in thermoforming, injection molding, and apparatus engineering.
