Vanessa Gallagher is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at ZILO since November 2022, Vanessa has previously held significant roles such as Head of Talent & Culture at ResDiary and various positions at McCurrach, spanning from HR Business Partner to Talent & Learning Manager. Vanessa's career began in recruitment and personnel management, with foundational roles dating back to 1992 at First Engineering. Vanessa obtained a Higher National Certificate in Human Resource Management from Central College of Commerce in Glasgow between 1996 and 1998.
