Prior to this, Carl held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Ventrica Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing finance, commercial, legal, and operational functions within a growing B2B services provider. Carl's previous roles encompass significant leadership positions at DST and Aon Risk Services, contributing to substantial organizational growth and efficiency improvements. An alumnus of London Metropolitan University with a BA (Hons) in Accountancy, Carl is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
