Jen Zagofsky serves as Vice President of Product Operations at Zillow and has held multiple leadership roles at Salesforce, including Vice President of Product Operations and Planning for the entire organization, as well as for MuleSoft's Integration Cloud. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Flexport and various key positions at DocuSign, such as Head of Digital Notary & Mortgage and Senior Director of Program Management & Operations. Additionally, Jen Zagofsky holds an advisory position at Delta-v and is engaged in educational pursuits at the University of California, Berkeley since 2018, and with the Mass Technology Leadership Council since October 2021.
