Steven Smith

Director, Customer Success at Zilliant

Steven Smith has over 20 years of work experience, starting with Accenture in 1998 where they worked their way up from analyst to senior manager. During their time at Accenture, they focused on developing client relationships, identifying and selling new business opportunities, estimating large programs, and leading client engagements in various industries. In 2008, Steven joined Zilliant as a senior project manager, where they analyzed and directed the implementation of complex B2B pricing software modules for large manufacturers and distributors. Later, they transitioned into the role of Director of Customer Success, where they managed projects and owned client relationships until 2021.

Steven Smith attended Texas Christian University from 1993 to 1997, earning a BBA degree in Finance. Steven studied at the M.J. Neeley School of Business during their time at the university.
