Mike Cahill is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud solutions and identity security. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Zilla Security since September 2021, Mike trains customers on Identity Security Access Reviews, assists with platform onboarding and API integrations, and supports pre-sales activities. Prior to Zilla, Mike worked as a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect at IntraSystems, focusing on Office 365 migrations and Active Directory configurations. Additionally, Mike has held key roles in various organizations, including Exchange Architect at Presidio, Senior Field Network Engineer at Technical Support International, and as President of CahillTechs, Inc. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has pursued further certifications in network engineering.
