Isa Woods has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the beauty and photography industries. Isa began their career in 2015 as a Project Manager, Photographer, and Editor at MHPV, a brand photography and video storytelling agency. In 2016, they joined Juice Beauty, Inc. as a Marketing, Web, and E-Commerce specialist. Later that year, they became the Head of Marketing & Content at itts�� Cosmetics, where they led a rebranding effort. In 2016, they also worked as a Photographer at Google. From 2017 to 2020, Isa Woods served as the Director of Operations at Jova Beauty Development Labs & Manufacturing. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at ZIIP Beauty, starting in 2020.

Isa Woods attended the University of San Francisco from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a BA degree in International Studies. In 2013 and 2014, they attended Presidio Graduate School, but it is not specified if they obtained a degree. In 2011, they briefly studied Photojournalism at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and in 2010, they studied Global Strategic Management at Pontifica Catolica Universidade in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
