Bogdan Mihailov has worked for three companies since 2012. In 2021, they joined Zihi as the Chief Product and Marketing Officer. At Zihi, they lead the product team to improve the in-app UX/UI and sales funnel, and leads the marketing team to create and maintain the organization's digital footprint. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Kingsley International School Moscow as the Chief Product and Marketing Officer, where they implemented automation of bulk purchases on FMCG marketplaces. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Full Tilt as a Client Services, where they were responsible for data enrichment of the Unified Profiling System for the anti-fraud department.
Bogdan Mihailov completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Marketing from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 2012 and 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Member (CM) from Toastmasters International. In 2020, they completed a course in How Our Brain Works and Thinking Patterns from Business School Synergy and two courses in Ideation: How to Generate New Ideas and Prototyping: Fast and Frequent Testing of New Ideas from Stanford Center for Professional Development. Bogdan also completed a course in Lead Teams Through Values - Strengths Coaching from Coach Training EDU. In 2022, they obtained a Complete Python Mastery certification from Code Brew Labs and a Data Analyst in Python certification from Dataquest.io. Additionally, they obtained a Google Analytics Academy certification from Google.
