Lotte Damman has extensive experience in marketing, communication, and event operations, currently serving as a Medewerker Marketing en Communicatie and previously a Receptionist at Ziggo Dome since August 2016. Prior to this, Lotte worked as a Beleidsmedewerker and Stagiaire at Stichting CERES from September 2012 to September 2016, and gained experience as a Postbode at PostNL in July 2014. Lotte also completed an internship focused on event planning at Marinebedrijf in early 2014. Educationally, Lotte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media en Entertainment Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2018, alongside foundational education at ROC Den Helder and Mavo.
