Jeff Wood is an accomplished tax and treasury executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Tax & Treasury at Ziff Davis since January 2023, Jeff previously held the position of Vice President Tax & Treasury at Vroom from February 2019 to December 2022. Prior roles include Interim Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Accounting, Tax, and Treasurer at Iconix Brand Group, and Vice President of Tax and Treasurer at The Children's Place, where Jeff established and led the tax department while overseeing the treasury function. Jeff also served as Tax Director at Covanta Energy, driving the global tax department for a multinational company, and started their career as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Taxation from Seton Hall University.
