Xiaoyan (Monica) Wang has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2020, they worked as a Tax Advisory Intern at PuHua Yongdao and as a Tax Intern at Baker Tilly China. In 2021, they gained experience as an Audit Intern at KPMG and as a Tax Intern at PuHua Yongdao. Xiaoyan(Monica) also worked as an Investment Banking Intern at RallyCry Ventures. In 2021, they joined Genesis Capital as an Investment Intern. Currently, at ZhenFund, Xiaoyan works as an Investment Operation Intern.

Xiaoyan (Monica) Wang's education history starts in 2019 when they attended The University of Nottingham Ningbo China. Xiaoyan(Monica) completed their undergraduate degree in 2021, earning a Bachelor's degree in "金融财务与管理" (Accounting and Finance in English). Following their time at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, Xiaoyan (Monica) Wang enrolled at The University of Sydney Business School in 2021. Xiaoyan(Monica) is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
