Anita Borgerink, MSc MA, serves as the HR Manager at ZGT since August 2022, overseeing HR services for 3,300 employees and participating in the management team with direct reporting to the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Anita held the position of Human Resources Manager at Stichting Consent from September 2017 to August 2022, advising on strategic HR policy for 750 staff across 32 schools. Experience includes interim HR management and advisory roles in the healthcare and technical sectors from 2012 to 2017, along with managerial positions at AriënsZorgpalet, De Twentsche Courant Tubantia, and various other organizations. Anita holds a Master of Science in Health Psychology & Technology and a Master of Arts in Managing Human Resources, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
