Benjamin Roos is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President for the Car Chassis Technology Division at ZF Group since April 2002, overseeing operations across 18 locations in 7 countries within the Asia Pacific region. Prior roles at ZF Group included Vice President for Chassis Systems in China and General Manager responsible for establishing a Greenfield plant. Benjamin Roos’s earlier career included various managerial positions at BMW Group South Africa, where responsibilities ranged from product management to project and purchasing management. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of the Witwatersrand and multiple prestigious institutions, culminating in a diploma in negotiations from the International Negotiation Academy.
