Ranjan started their career at Puget Sound Energy in 1990, where they served as the Senior Manager for Telecommunications & Real-Time Systems. Ranjan Bhagat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in 1988. Ranjan then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Washington State University, which they completed in 1990. Additionally, they hold a certification as an Engineer-In-Training from the Washington State Department of Licensing.
