Ian Marlowe is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as the EMEA Operations Manager at Zetron Inc since March 2006, Ian Marlowe leads a team responsible for the development and support of dispatch console solutions. Previous roles include Engineering & IT Manager at Zetron and Technical Support Manager EMEA at Megisto Systems, where Ian Marlowe was instrumental in deploying a mobile data charging platform across Europe and Asia. Earlier experience includes optimizing technical support operations at Northern Telecom Europe Ltd. and managing a variety of Nortel products at Nortel Networks, where Ian Marlowe began as a design engineer after earning a BENG in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
