Johan ter Harmsel has extensive work experience in various roles within the companies Zeton and Bayer Nederland B.V. Johan started their career in 1986 as a Technical Sales Engineer at Bayer Nederland B.V., where they worked until 1990. In 1990, they joined Zeton as the Marketing & Sales Manager, a position they held until 2006 when they were promoted to Managing Director. Johan currently holds this position at Zeton.

Johan ter Harmsel completed a BSc in Chemical Engineering from HTS de Maere from 1980 to 1984.
