Shubhayu Sengupta is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Zeta, Shubhayu previously held the position of CHRO at Gloplax Solutions and was the Senior Vice President and HR Head for India and The Philippines, as well as Global OD Leader at Sagility (formerly HGS Healthcare). Additional roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions and Director, Talent Leader for EY GBS, covering regions such as India, the Philippines, Poland, Argentina, and China. Shubhayu holds a Master’s degree from XLRI Jamshedpur (1996-1998) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University (1988-1992).
