Ashley Courtney has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Manager of Talent at Zeta Charter Schools since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley spent nine years at Brownsville Ascend Charter School, where responsibilities included mentoring instructional staff as a Mentor Teacher, implementing curriculum as an Elementary School Teacher across multiple grades, and leading as a Grade Team Leader. Additionally, Ashley has international teaching experience, having worked as an ESL Teacher at Panyadee British International School. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Queens College and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Scranton.
