Nikita Shalnev has had a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2014. Nikita first worked as an Engineer in the electrical department at Technical Center "Ai Service" before becoming the CEO of the Service Centre in the same company in 2015. That same year, they took up a role as a Teacher of IT subjects in high grades at a Private School. In 2017, they began an internship program at SAP, working in C++ and CUDA development. In 2018, they were a Java teacher at Tlalim Group/Authentic Israel. In 2019, they became a Freelance Developer through freelance and self-employment. Finally, in 2020, they became a Software Engineer at Zesty.

Nikita Shalnev earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) between 2012 and 2017.
