Anastasiia Voronenko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anastasiia began their career in 2017 as an HR Assistant at Scorto, where they later advanced to the position of HR Generalist. In 2018, they joined TurnKey Lender as a Psychometrician, focusing on assessing and analyzing applicant data. In 2020, they transitioned to GeoComply, initially as an HR Operations Manager and later as an HR Business Partner specializing in special projects. During this time, they gained valuable experience in HR management and project execution.

In 2022, Anastasiia embarked on a new adventure by becoming an Au Pair and moving to Ireland with a host family. Anastasiia quickly adapted to new environments and learned to drive on the left-hand side of the road within two weeks. Later, they moved to the Netherlands with the same host family, building strong relationships with children of various ages. Anastasiia also actively engaged with the Ukrainian community in the Netherlands through volunteering, fundraising, and recording podcasts.

Additionally, Anastasiia served as a Guest Lecturer at Kharkiv University of Humanities "People's Ukrainian Academy" from September 2022 to February 2023, contributing their expertise in HR and related topics.

Most recently, Anastasiia joined ZestyAI in 2022 as an HR Consultant, where they apply their knowledge and skills to provide guidance and support in various HR functions.

Anastasiia Voronenko pursued their educational journey by first attending the Kharkiv University of Humanities "People's Ukrainian Academy" from 2014 to 2020. There, they obtained a Master's degree (M.A., Hons) in Sociology. In 2019, they enrolled at the University of Cambridge, specifically The Psychometric Centre, where they studied for a period of one year. Anastasiia Voronenko also acquired a Certificate of Occupational Test Use in Ability & Personality from The British Psychological Society in January 2020.
