Sara Fraser-Mackenzie possesses extensive experience in the fields of innovation, quality assurance, and development within the agricultural and chemical industries. Currently serving as Innovation Manager for Sustainable Orchard Productivity at Zespri International since May 2015, previous roles at the company include Quality Assurance Manager and Fruit Quality Manager. Prior to Zespri, Sara held the position of Production Manager at Hexion Inc. from July 2013 to April 2015 and worked as a Process and Development Chemist at Ballance Agri-Nutrients Ltd. Sara's experience also includes roles as a Development Chemist at Momentive and a secondary school teacher at Bethlehem Bible College, where Science, Chemistry, and Maths were taught. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Biochemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, along with a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education from Bethlehem Tertiary Institute.
