Ana Matsis is an experienced professional in change management, currently serving as the Business Adoption & Change Manager at Zespri International and previously holding positions as Principal Consultant at Change Gem and Change Delivery Lead at Blue Seed Consulting. Ana has also worked as a Senior Change and Communications Manager at Contact Energy Ltd and a Senior Change Manager at the Ministry of Social Development (MSD). Ana holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration with a focus on Information Systems and Business Management from Victoria University of Wellington, completed between 2006 and 2008.
