Akshay Pai is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and development across various sectors. Currently serving as Brand Manager for Zespri International in India, Akshay focuses on growing the kiwifruit category and differentiating the Zespri brand through strategic marketing initiatives. Previous roles include Assistant Marketing Manager for Zespri covering India and the Middle East, where responsibilities encompassed brand planning and execution, and experience at Unilever leading brand development for Comfort Fabric Conditioner. Akshay also held positions at Himalaya Wellness Company and N. Ranga Rao & Sons Pvt. Ltd., involved in product marketing and trade marketing, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Brand Management from MICA and an MBA in Marketing from JSS SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY.
