Lisa S. has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in marketing research, data analysis, and mental health evaluation. Currently serving as a Marketing Research and Data Analyst at Zerorez, Inc. since May 2018, Lisa provides marketing support and conducts data analysis for franchise locations in Jacksonville and Orlando. Previous roles include Office Manager for First Coast Zerorez, LLC, where Lisa managed call center operations and tracked KPIs to enhance performance. Lisa's earlier experience includes working as a Mental Health Evaluator at Baptist Medical Center, performing evaluations in crisis situations, as well as a Mental Health Counselor Intern at Quality Life Center. Before transitioning to healthcare, Lisa held various positions in IT and financial analysis, including Sr. Programmer/Analyst at MPS Group and Systems Analyst at MediaOne Group, Inc.
