Sergei Panov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sergei is currently working at ZeroAvia as the Head of HTPEM Product Development, where they have been since 2022 and previously served as the Head of the HTPEM division from 2022 to 2023. Before joining ZeroAvia, Sergei founded HyPoint in 2016 and held the position of Founder and Chief Technical Officer. Sergei also served as Founder and Chief Technical Officer at BMPower, where they were responsible for development and engineering management, operational management of the Production Department, and implementation of quality assurance processes. Prior to their work at HyPoint, Sergei worked at BPC Engineering as the Chief Designer, leading projects for the creation of gas turbine power stations and compressor stations for major Russian oil and gas companies. Sergei'searlier experience includes serving as the Head of Sector Electronic Equipment at Design Bureau LUCH.

Sergei Panov holds a PhD in UAV Control Systems earned from Rybinsk State Aviation Technical University named after P.A. Soloviev. Sergei also obtained an Engineer degree from the same university.
