Lisa McGarrie, MSW, LCSW, is currently serving as the Lead Policy and Finance Specialist at ZERO TO THREE. Previously, Lisa held various roles such as Assistant Project Director and Senior Research Associate at the Georgia Health Policy Center. Lisa also worked as a Project Director/Program Supervisor at the National TA Network for Children's Behavioral Health. Additionally, Lisa has experience in managing contracts for behavioral health services in Baltimore City at Behavioral Health System Baltimore. With a background in social work and management/community organization, Lisa has effectively contributed to various organizations in the field of children's behavioral health and family reunification.
