Sergey Belikov began their work experience in 2003 as a Senior Lecturer at Moscow Aviation Institute (State Technical University) (MAI), where they worked until August 2020. In 2007, they started freelancing as a Programmer until February 2022. During this time, Sergey also worked as a Software Engineer at Grammarly from an unspecified start date in 2011 until August 2015. Currently, they are a Product Owner at ZERO Systems, starting in April 2022.

Sergey Belikov obtained a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) from 1997 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Moscow, Gymnasium 1517 from 1987 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Sergey has also obtained certifications in Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America in August 2020 and in Human-Computer Interaction from Coursera in June 2013.
