Anshuman Srivastava is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Associate Director of Engineering at Zepto since June 2024, focusing on Order Experience, Customer Support, and Wallet Products. Previously, Anshuman held various positions at GoTo Group from July 2016 to June 2024, including Head of Engineering for the Data Platform at Gojek, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Journey Experience Vertical in the Transport Product Group. Anshuman led multiple cross-functional teams, enhancing customer experiences in ride-hailing and maintaining critical microservices. With a background in software development at Freecharge, Snapdeal, and internships at UPSC and IIMNet Ventures, Anshuman holds an Integrated Post Graduation degree in Information Technology from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management.
