Xenia Schmenner is a seasoned compliance and data protection professional, currently serving as a Compliance Officer & Data Protection Coordinator at Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH since February 2023 and as Compliance & Data Privacy Manager at Zeppelin Group since July 2021. Prior to these roles, Xenia built extensive experience at MediaMarktSaturn, progressing from Specialist to Senior Specialist and ultimately to Expert in Corporate Audit & Consulting from October 2015 to July 2021. Earlier career experience includes positions as Junior Internal Controller/SOX and Trainee at Komatsu Germany GmbH from October 2011 to September 2015. Xenia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from AKAD University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Industrial Management from the European University of Applied Sciences, along with an IHK-Ausbildung as an Industriekauffrau and a semester abroad at the University of California, Riverside in Economics.
