Richard Heidrich is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Zeplug USA, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Richard spent over two decades at Lime Energy, where roles included VP Program Design & Engineering and AVP Program Design & Engineering, focusing on utility program development, project design, and emerging technologies. Richard also directed field operations to oversee the installation and maintenance of energy-efficient technologies and worked in technical sales supporting executive presentations and proposal developments for the Lime Midwest region. Prior to Lime Energy, Richard owned and operated an electrical contracting firm specializing in automated machine diagnostics and repair. Richard began their career at Weiler Engineering as the Electrical Department Manager, where the design and implementation of high-speed assembly equipment were managed. Educational background includes studies at Harper College and DeVry University.
