Pranav Pathak began their work experience in 2014 as a Process Associate at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at Quotum Technologies. In 2021, Pranav became the COO & Co-Founder of Zephyrus Inc., a US-based software development company specializing in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Pranav Pathak pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Shri Chimanbhai Patel Institute Of Management & Research. Pranav successfully completed this program between the years 2012 and 2014.
