As the Owner of Zephyr Investments, Drew specializes in private and hard money lending for real estate investors focused on flipping properties or long-term holdings. Previous roles include Operations Manager at RealGiving Solutions, where Drew facilitated the donation of real estate through Charitable Remainder Trusts, and Exchange Manager at 1031 Tax Group.
