From June 1996 to May 2003, they were the Owner/Operator of Loafers Old World Bakery, where they handled various accounting tasks, managed employees, and ran wholesale and retail bakeries. Alicia G also owned and operated The Creamery from July 1996 to July 2000, overseeing all aspects of the business from site selection to staff hiring.
Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Alicia gained valuable experience as a Hostess Trainer at Newport Bay Restaurants from 1994 to 1995. Alicia G managed front desk operations and trained new staff members.
Alicia's career started with a prestigious opportunity at Walt Disney World, where they worked as a Cast Member from September 1993 to January 1994. Alicia G was selected out of 10,000 applicants and underwent extensive training in customer service and the business philosophies of The Disney Company.

Alicia G Andrews, PMP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics with a concentration in Management from George Fox University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Mousters Degree in Business from Disney University in 1994. Additionally, Alicia has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Alicia G became a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist in Office Outlook 2007 from Microsoft Corporation in March 2010. In December 2009, they obtained the AS9100: Internal Auditor certification from Insitu. Alicia also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they acquired in November 2020. In November 2012, they obtained the Certified Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance, and in May 2011, they became a Certified Scrum Master, also from Scrum Alliance.
