Seth Troutman currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Zep Inc., a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Seth held the role of Senior Manager, FP&A at IG Design Group Americas, Inc. from October 2020 to January 2024, and worked at Ciner Resources from October 2013 to October 2020, where various positions included FP&A Manager, Accounting Manager, Accounting and Financial Analyst, and Associate Accountant. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at OCI Chemical, and military service as an Automated Logistics Specialist in the US Army, which involved leading a fire team and managing logistics for battalion operations. Seth holds a Master of Accountancy in Accounting and Finance from Brenau University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from the University of North Georgia.
