Phanprueksa Puangpakdee has over six years of work experience. In 2014, they interned at Thai Airways International as a Student, where they handled passengers' cases related to irregularity flights from inbound and outbound, assisted short connecting and missed connecting passengers, and provided accurate gate information, flight arrival and departure information. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaking) at MBK Public Company Limited, where they welcomed and provided necessary direction services to visitors and customers, handled customer's complaints and issues, and responded to all customer's needs and problems. In 2016, they worked at Gaysorn Property Co., Ltd. as a Concierge Lounge Attendant (Mandarin Speaking), where they welcomed and assisted VIP guests and provided necessary store direction and information, arranged room reservations, provided special services and served beverages in the VIP Lounge, and provided support to tenants and guests by translating TH/EN/CH on request. They also worked at Hopsession Co., Ltd. as a Sales and Marketing Support, where they delivered marketing campaigns and activities, created promotions and participated in outside events, and managed marketing communication channels. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Servcorp as a Virtual Office and Coworking Space Manager, Assistant to Sales Manager, and Senior Secretary. As an Assistant to Sales Manager, they managed accounts, teams, and provided backup sales support. As a Senior Secretary, they were a top performer selected to train the secretary team, achieved the Team Service and Solutions's target of 80% within 3 months, served virtual office clients, and provided excellent customer service and administrative secretarial support to clients with 5-star standards. Finally, since 2019, they have worked at Zenyum as a Partnerships Manager and Partnership Executive. As a Partnerships Manager, they build long-term relationships and ensure their business growth in parallel with new and existing partnership more than 200 partner clinics & dentists, identify partnership target of opportunity based on business needs and marketing development, and create short term (quarterly) and long term (yearly) partnership budget & growth strategy. As a Partnership Executive, they represent the company as a first contact person for any related partnership opportunities, oversee all phases of the partnership from initial discussions to execution to ensure a win-win collaboration, and run pitching, acquire new business partners and expand to new markets to drive sales and achieve business targets.

Phanprueksa Puangpakdee is currently enrolled in the Micro MBA program at Chulalongkorn Business School (BIZ CUBE Chula), with an expected graduation date of 2022. Previously, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Airline Business from International College, Suan Sunadha Rajabhat University between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they obtained a Highschool Diploma from English Program, Satrinonthaburi School in the field of Arts-Chinese between 2009 and 2011.
