Elettra Baldi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2022. In 2016, they worked as an Assistant Teacher in Centroneda Pre-School, teaching pre-school nutrition classes. In 2017, they were a Research Intern at Open Data Watch, drafting reports on gender-disaggregated data for gender analysis and policies. In 2018, they were a Research Intern at the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, drafting a brief on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS). In 2019, they were a Research and Communications Associate at Open Data Watch, researching gender data innovations. In 2020, they were a Civic Engagement Graduate Intern at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, recruiting high school students in Los Angeles. In 2021, they were a Social Media Manager at Data Feminism Network, managing and authoring content for all DFN social media platforms. Elettra Baldi's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University in 2019, a World Perspectives Program Highschool Diploma from Greens Farms Academy in 2015, and currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Policy from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
