Raj Rai is the Head of Operations at Zenwork, Inc since May 2022, overseeing the development of IRS-approved SaaS platforms under the Tax1099 and Compliancely brands, supported by Spectrum Equity. Prior to Zenwork, Raj Rai served as Escalations Manager at TELUS from April 2011 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships, establishing KPIs, collaborating with global teams on procedural changes, leading operational programs, and conducting root cause analysis to enhance service quality.
