Pranav Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Growth at Zenwork, Inc since October 2022, Pranav previously held positions including Growth & Marketing at Clear and Director of Growth and Marketing at OYO USA, where responsibilities included launching direct demand online channels and running user acquisition campaigns. With a solid background at OYO, Pranav advanced from Head of CRM & Retention to Growth Head and Operations Head, focusing on consumer retention and business expansion. Pranav also led growth initiatives for Ola Share in India and has experience in UI/UX consulting from a role at Wipro. Pranav co-founded a content development venture, PADHAKU JOKER, and possesses a strong educational foundation with a B.Tech and M.Tech in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
