Gabriela Francia has work experience at two companies. At Zenvia, they worked as a Product Owner starting in 2020. Gabriela'sresponsibilities included managing and monitoring the implementation process of chatbots, focusing on customer strategic objectives. Gabriela was involved in project development, product roadmap planning, prioritizing and refining tasks, analyzing the end user journey, defining success metrics, conducting market and competition analysis, and setting short, medium, and long term objectives. Gabriela also provided support to the development team and managed sprint deliveries. Gabriela has experience using Jira, Confluence, and Excel at an advanced level. Gabriela'sskills include agile project management, team leadership, product management, key metrics analysis, and client relationship management.

At AICOM FIAM-FAAM, Gabriela worked as a Journalist starting in September 2020 until April 2021.

From 2020 to 2023, Gabriela attended Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Comunicação e Jornalismo.

In 2018 and 2019, Gabriela studied at École de la Transition, where they focused on Français, mathématiques, sciences et dessin technique. However, they did not obtain a degree during this time.

From 2015 to 2017, Gabriela attended Colégio Centurion and completed their Ensino Médio (High School) education.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriela has obtained several certifications. In October 2022, they received a certification in Product Management from Coderhouse. Earlier in July 2022, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certificate from Scrum.org. In June 2022, they earned a certification in Six Sigma: metodologia para melhoria de processos from Alura. In May 2022, Gabriela obtained a certification in Planejamento Estratégico e Business Agility com OKRs from ESPM. Gabriela also holds a certification in O Scrum Master Eficaz from TIexames, which they obtained in January 2022. In December 2021, Gabriela received a certification in Product Backlog Building Practitioner from Caroli.org. Additionally, in September 2021, they completed a course on Comunicação e Oratória at Escola Conquer.
