Danielle Hoffmann started their work experience as a Vendedora at Havaianas in December 2017. Danielle then worked as an Arquiteta at Atcos Arquitetura e Interiores from November 2021 to August 2022. After that, they joined ICE Cartões Especiais Ltda. as an Analista de suporte from April 2019 to September 2022. In October 2022, they started working as an Analista de Suporte Técnico Jr at EleveCRM until March 2023. Currently, they are employed at Zenvia as a Customer Success Analyst.

Danielle Hoffmann started their education in 2016 and completed their studies in 2020 at UniSociesc Centro Universitário, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism. After that, in 2021, Danielle enrolled at Spot On Idiomas to study the Callan Method for English.

In addition to their educational background, Danielle has obtained various certifications. Danielle obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from RD University in February 2023. In January 2023, they completed a certification in UX Writing from Aldeia.cc. Prior to that, Danielle obtained certifications in Customer Service: Competências Básicas from Hi Academy in December 2022, Fundamentos em Experiência do Cliente from G4 Educação in November 2022, and Conceitos Básicos de Atendimento e Suporte and Introdução à Certificação de Liderança em Atendimento e Suporte from Movidesk in August 2022.
