Ines Windisch has extensive work experience in various roles within communication, public affairs, human resources, and sustainability. Ines started their career at Ludwig Merckle GmbH before moving to STADA Group and then ORF as a Live-Typer. In 2000, they joined Sanofi, where they held several positions, including Director of Communication and Associate Vice-President of Communication & Public Affairs. In 2018, Ines Windisch began working at Zentiva, where they served as Head of Corporate Affairs, Head of Corporate Affairs & Human Resources, Head of HR, Communications & Sustainability, and currently holds the position of Head of Communications, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability.

Ines Windisch holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health Care Management from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Ines also obtained a Matura degree from the Commercial College.
