Sandeep Deshmukh currently serves as the Vice President and Delivery Head at Zensar Technologies since 2002, overseeing delivery operations for HiTech manufacturing clients in South Africa, Europe, and a major client in the USA, with expertise in managing B2B and commerce for a Fortune 500 company's Global Business Process group. Prior to this role, Sandeep worked as a Software Engineer at Mahindra Consulting Ltd from 2000 to 2002. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from Walchand College of Engineering (1990-1994), a Master of Arts in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University (2019-2021), and has also pursued studies at the Indian School of Business and the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
