Karan Pratap Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical accounts and customer success. Currently serving as a Manager Technical Accounts at Zenoti since July 2015, Karan has progressed through multiple roles including Lead Technical Accounts, Senior Technical Account Manager, and Technical Account Manager, focusing on the ANZ, South East, and India regions after initially working in the US. Prior to Zenoti, Karan gained valuable insights during trainee positions at ITC Hotels, working on an Employee Engagement project, and Trident Hotels, where training encompassed major operational departments. Karan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Human Resource Management from IBS Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hotel Management from Graphic Era Deemed to be University.
