Jyotsna Rawat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product specialization and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Product Specialist at Zenoti since March 2016, Jyotsna has been instrumental in developing client-centric solutions and fostering strong client relationships to implement SaaS products aligned with business objectives. Previously, Jyotsna held roles as a Senior Customer Success Consultant at Pantaloons and as a Marketing Intern at both Pantaloons and Thomas Cook India Limited, focusing on market research and customer relationship management.
