Thomas Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning two decades. Starting in 1999, they were the Engineering Manager and QA Manager for onQ Technologies, where they recruited, hired, and managed 13 person QA, Engineering and Maintenance staff, and spearheaded resolution of customer complaints. In 2000, they moved to Peak International, LTD as the Engineering Manager, where they designed a compatibility analysis system to match available products with customer requirements. In 2006, they became the Owner of Village Resource, a network of local business directories. In 2010, they became the Owner of USA Chamber.org, a privately owned Chamber of Commerce management and websites. In 2012, they joined Codero Hosting as the Cloud Service Delivery Manager and Proactive Accounts Manager, where they were the primary point of contact for all sales, support, engineering and billing issues related to public cloud (Amazon AWS / Microsoft Azure) services, and proactively managed 80+ Priority accounts. In 2019, they joined Zenoss as a Sales Engineer and Customer Support Engineer, where they provided technical support for a global leading SaaS provider of enterprise level IT monitoring software for on-prem and cloud based infrastructure, and ensured client outcomes were met.

Thomas Roberts attended University of Wisconsin-Marathon County from 1984 to 1985, studying Engineering.
