Sandy Wong has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sandy has held various positions at different companies throughout their career.
Starting in 2004, Sandy worked as a Sales Assistant and Sr. Sales Assistant at TeleRep Media and Petry Television. Sandy provided customer service and contributed to revenue generation through advertising sales.
In 2006, Sandy became a Sr. Admissions Recruiter at Harrington College of Design. Their role involved assisting students in pursuing degrees in photography, interior design, or graphic design.
From 2007 to 2012, Sandy worked as a Sr. Executive Search Consultant - Accounting & Finance at Lucas Group. Sandy specialized in executive recruitment for mid-tier to Fortune 500 clients.
In 2012, Sandy joined OmnicomMediaGroup USA as an Associate, Talent Acquisition-Midwest Region. Sandy supported the advertising and communications company in attracting and hiring top talent.
Moving on, Sandy joined Zeno Group in 2015 as a Recruitment Manager for the US Region. In this role, they partnered with senior leaders to develop recruitment strategies, build the talent acquisition function, and ensure exceptional candidate experiences.
Sandy advanced within Zeno Group, transitioning to the role of Sr. Manager, Recruitment in 2017. Sandy continued to manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities and implement recruiting processes.
In 2019, Sandy was promoted to Vice President, Recruitment at Zeno Group. Sandy provided leadership and strategic direction in talent acquisition.
Finally, in 2022, Sandy assumed the position of Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Zeno Group, where they currently serve.
Sandy Wong received a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Illinois-Urbana, Champaign. Sandy attended the university from 2000 to 2004.
