Claire McDonald

Claire McDonald has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Claire is currently serving as a Board Member at Parafed Waikato since September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President Talent, APAC and Global Projects at Zeno Group since July 2022. Claire also worked as a Human Resources Consultant, self-employed, from February 2022 onward.

Before their self-employment, Claire held various HR leadership roles at Edelman. Claire served as the Regional HR Director, APAC since July 2017 and as the Sub Regional HR Director SEA & Australia, HR Special Projects APACMEA since July 2015. Claire also worked as the HR Director, Europe & CIS from March 2004 onward.

Claire's career began at Weber Shandwick, where they worked as an HR Manager from March 1995 to March 2004.

Claire McDonald has a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Middlesex University.
